Block Party Workshop

Do you hate having to block your handmade items? Do you find the process boring or tedious? Our Block Party is just right to help you get all of your handmades ready for wearing or display all while enjoying the company of your fellow makers. As an added bonus, our huge upstairs area will provide ample room to spread out without having to worry about pets or children getting in the way. All items will be left overnight to dry and will be ready to pickup the next day.    

During this workshop, attendees will need to bring in previously finished handmade items and their own preferred blocking supplies to utilize. Blocking can be done utilizing any of your preferred methods.   

Prerequisite: All handmade items brought in to the workshop should be finished and ready to block. 

Materials: Completed handmade items, blocking mats, towel, wool wash, T-pins/Knit Blockers/Blocking wires (Cocoknits Blocking Kits are available for purchase and contain everything you need)

Workshop is Saturday, November 11th, 2023 at 11 A.M.

Pick-up is Sunday, November 12th, 2023 12-4 P.M.

Please arrive early to purchase any materials. Class may be canceled if minimum number isn't met.
