Knit III: Learn to Increase and Decrease

THIS CLASS IS FOR ADULTS; MUST BE AGED 14 AND OLDER FOR THIS CLASS.

This class will focus on learning how to complete a knit front to back increase, and a knit 2 together decrease. You will refresh your Knit I and Knit II skills by casting on for this new project, and will review and be using the skills you have already learned, while learning to increase and decrease. In addition, you will be learning to work from a basic pattern.

Yarn and needles must be purchased before the class. 

You will need one skein of DK weight 100% cotton yarn to complete a washcloth. The recommended yarn is Pima 100. You will also need US 10.5 straight or circular knitting needles.

Knit III class is from 1pm - 2:30pm. Come prepared with your supplies and yarn wound so class can begin on time. 

PREREQUISITES: Knit I and Knit II

SUPPLIES: 

+ 1-100Gram skein of DK weight 100% cotton yarn

+ Knitting needles size US 10.5 straight or circular knitting needles

+ Scissors

+ Tapestry needle

PATTERN: Will be provided in class.
