1. Where are my downloadable patterns?
If you purchased a pattern for download, it will be available to you once your payment processes. This usually just takes a few minutes, but can take longer. Once payment is complete, it will be on the My Downloadable Products Page in your account. Be sure that you are logged in or you will not be able to access your patterns! To download your pattern, make sure that the status says "available," then click on the pattern name, NOT the order number.
2. Can I shop in your store?
Yes! We are south of Houston, between Houston and Galveston, and we LOVE having customers in the shop. We started as a local yarn shop, and remain one today. If you are ever in the area, please plan to visit! Better yet, bring your project with you to sit and work on while you enjoy a cup of coffee! 4. Can I pick up items in your store?
At this time, in order to keep things streamlined, any orders placed online will be shipped and cannot be picked up in-store. However, if you would like to pick an order up in-store, just give us a call to place the order over the phone and we will have it ready and waiting for you! Of course, you can always call to place your order to be shipped, as well.
