Materials: Yarn/darning needle, a length of contrasting yarn for grating (same weight as swatch), two swatches still on needles (each swatch on its own needle) - see below for instructions
Homework to be completed before class: Knit two swatches in worsted weight yarn: Cast on 20 stitches and work 4 rows knit, 10 rows stockinette - leave both swatches on a knitting needle
