Learn to Sew

In this class, students will complete a small drawstring bag while learning the basics of using their machine and the basics of sewing, including learing to thread a sewing machine, wind bobbins, sew straight lines with 1/4" seam allowance, and finish a simple bag.

Pre-requisites: None

2 Fat Quarters

Cord or ribbon

Sewing Machine

Thread

Pins

Scissors

Rotary Cutter 

Cutting Mat

Fine Print (because everybody has some): All our classes and events have a 7 day cancellation policy. You must cancel your registration for a class PRIOR to 7 days (1 week) before the class in order to receive a refund OR store credit (including the ability to take another class at a later date in place of the class you miss). We apologize, but no refunds, class credit, or store credit will be issued if cancellation is not made prior to this time frame. If we do not have the minimum number of students registered for a class, the class may be cancelled by us and refunded to the student.
