Knit I: Learn the Knit Stitch

THIS CLASS IS FOR ADULTS; MUST BE AGED 14 AND OLDER FOR THIS CLASS.

Learn to cast on your stitches, including a slip-knot using the knit cast on method. Then progress onto the knit stitch to begin adding length to your first project and the bind off to finish your project!

Yarn and needles must be purchased before the class. 

You'll need one skeins of worsted weight yarn to complete a cowl. Our beginner yarn is Berroco Vintage, with size US 7, 8 or 9 needles, straight or circular.

Knit I class is from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Come prepared with your supplies and yarn wound so class can begin on time.

PREREQUISITES: None

SUPPLIES: 

+ 1-100 Gram skein of worsted weight yarn

+ Knitting needles size US 7, 8 or 9, straight or circular

+ Scissors

+ Tapestry needle

PATTERN: Will be provided in class.

You must cancel your registration for a class PRIOR to 7 days (1 week) before the class in order to receive a refund OR store credit (including the ability to take another class at a later date in place of the class you miss). We apologize, but no refunds, class credit, or store credit will be issued if cancellation is not made prior to this time frame.
