Knit II: Learn the Purl Stitch

This class will focus on learning how to complete the purl stitch. You will refresh your Knit I skills by casting on for this new project, and will review and be using the skills you have already learned, while learning the purl stitch. In addition, you will be learning to work from a basic pattern.

Yarn and needles must be purchased before the class. 

You will need one skein of DK weight 100% cotton yarn to complete a spa cloth. The recommended yarn is Pima 100.

Knit II class is from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Come prepared with your supplies and yarn wound so class can begin on time. 

PREREQUISITES: Knit I

SUPPLIES: 

+ 1-100Gram skein of DK weight 100% cotton yarn.

+ Knitting needles size US 6 or 7 straight or circular

+ Scissors

+ Tapestry needle

PATTERN: Will be provided in class.
